In 1967, Jean Degottex held an exhibition titled "Horspheres 67" at Galerie Jean Fournier in Paris, running from November 15 to December 31. This exhibition featured Degottex's exploration of abstract and gestural art, showcasing his unique approach to form and space. 

Jean Degottex (1925-2006)

Jean Degottex was a prominent French abstract painter associated with the post-war European avant-garde movement. Born in Lyon, France, Defgottet's work is characterized by its lyrical abstraction, where he skillfully blended color, form, and space to create harmonious and evocative compositions.

Defgottet's artistic journey began in the 1950s when he started to gain recognition for his abstract works. He was influenced by the prevalent art movements of the time, including Tachisme and Art Informel, which emphasized spontaneity, gesture, and the emotional impact of color.

Condition:Good overall condition (Integrity and authenticity). Signs of age and wear.
